vagina?

So I think I have a UTI from having a too full bladder all night, my urethra burns and is sore but I don't think it's related but I went shopping Monday and my vagina was aching on the outside like I do when on a period but I'm currently on the mini pill so I don't bleed, been taking it for nearly 6 months now, anyway to the point I had a bath earlier and when I went to shave my vulva looked like it was covered in small red thread veins? Any ideas why or what's going on?
