meow mix

PLEASE if you are using meow mix, STOP!!! My boyfriend has been buying this for his 2 cats and one started peeing blood. We got that under control then the other could barely pee at all. He cried in pain while trying to. After a vet visit we found out that he had an inflamed ureter due to the cat food! This cat food clearly has something wrong with it! Many people don't know, but cats do not drink a lot of water, so they need food with lots of moisture. These "cheap" brands lack moisture due to the fillers and carbs and actually dehydrate the kitty. Please do not buy meow mix, if anything. The best thing to do is make your own cat food or mixing dry food with wet food. Spread the word please!
