IUI treatment under stress job?

Hi ladies I have been TTC for the past almost three years. My OBG recommended Clomid I tried it for three months but didn't get pregnant.  We went to a fertility specialist and recommended us IUI treatment back in December.  Dr. wanted me to do Femara n trigger shot however due to the high hours I am currently putting into my job I've made a decision to hold on with the treatment..
