After 3 agonizing weeks I had 2 BFP HPT this past weekend

After 3 agonizing weeks I had 2 BFP hpt this past weekend. Did HCG blood test on Monday and Dr has confirmed pregnancy. It's almost exactly a year to the day since I found out about my last pregnancy that turned out to be ectopic. it's been 7 years of TTC baby #2. I have PCOS and have struggled. I had another blood test today to make sure numbers are increasing. I am not excited at all right now. Paranoia and anxiety has taken over for fear of another ectopic. Only thing that's going to confirm will be an ultrasound that my DR will schedule for next week. I have had pains off and on for the past 2 weeks. I'm praying everything will be fine this time and we finally get our #2. To all with PCOS keep your head up and never give up.
