starting to try.

So we started to try for our first baby last month... I have so many friends that have gotten pregnant on birth control or while not trying... i never thought it would be hard or something u had to try for until I joined this amazing network of people in my same boat. I was in shock when I got my period today because I really did in my heart think that when u try it will happen. Even though it feels disheartening, I know now that it's normal. It will happen and we will be ready when the miracle happens. Does anyone have any tips or ways they practiced to help them on their first pregnancy journey?
