Had my baby at 38 weeks

So after 2 days of early labour signs and severe period cramps/contractions and being knocked back by the hospital numerous times I gave birth at 38 weeks. Went into hospital at 12midday being 1cm dialated, went back at 11pm and was 2cm to be sent home again.. Pain became very severe so rang back and even though midwife was hesitant to let me back as it was "early stage" I went anyway knowing for myself something was happening. Went back in at 3am was 5cm dialated and checked again half hour later and was ready to begin pushing. Had no time for pain relief. I think it's really important to always listen to yourself because you will know for sure when something isn't right. My beautofil little boy is now here in my arms 😍
