So i went to the hospital yesterday at like 2 & they told me i was dialed 1 centimeter n a half now its 3;49 in the morning and i keep having these lower back sharp pains that keep waking me up from my sleep also feel the pain in my abdomen what does this mean comment please

Similar ting happened to me. Got sent home when I was 1 cm. Couldn't sleep, went back in the middle of the night and I was still only 2cm  waited the whole next day and went back that next evening cause they were unbearable and I was finally 6 cm. Took another 19 hours to dilate to 10 though

You should call your OBs 24 hour line and/or call the hospital

When the pains become 5 minutes apart lasting for 1 minute each time and that continues up to an hour, you should go in. Also, in general, if you can talk during the pain, it means it might be too early.
Drink plenty of fluids and take a bath, that might help with the discomfort but otherwise, you'll need to wait till they pick up (which can be minutes, hours or days)
