little one pulling off my breast multiple times and getting fussy

My little girl will be three weeks on Monday and the past few nights she has been getting fussy and pulling herself off my breast and relatching. She does this several times and is so fussy. We have been giving her gas drops because her tummy has been super bloated but she will do the latch unlatch thing about the same time each night for an hour or longer. Could it be she's not getting anything off of me?? Please help!!
