Don't know what to do???

Hello everyone! I'm very confused at the moment. I had to go to the er a few days ago because my stomach was making me super sick and I couldn't keep anything down. Now I'm feeling a little better but did I mention that my Aunt Flo is on day 53 and still not a sign of her. The er drew my blood and urine test and said both came back negative but I have a stomach bug instead. Not sure what to do now because I'm still having signs of pregnancy but my stomach flu or whatever I have I hardly had any signs for any more but some coughing and weird stomach noises. But it looked like I had no signs of Aunt Flo at all. My stomach has been making weird sounds very noticeable even everyone around me can hear it. I have more pregnancy signs than than flu like and all the er did was give me fluids and zofain for the nausa/throwing up. I've been having random midnight cravings and lots of heart burn. I don't normaly miss periods this long the longest I've gone is a week before and the er doc just said " oh periods just stop sometimes. "like really that's all?" This is why I hate going to the hospital when Aunt Flo doesn't want to show and I don't wanna get excited because I've gotten excited one too many time to just have nothing happen.Anyone know if it's possible to still be too early or have had this happen to them like this??
