Makeup tips. Who lives in Virginia USA? Help

I am not a make up person but I would like to learn. I would love to find some female friends near me who could give a little help in this department. I'm going to be 30 years old this year and the only make up I've ever worn is lip gloss, mascara and very little eyeliner not even on the top eye lid lol just a tiny bit on the bottom. I'd like a subtle natural look but I'm dying to get those bomb ass eye brows lol. I'm on the east coast of Virginia. Any one else?
