HCG Questions????

I just found out I'm 5 weeks pregnant a few days ago.  On Tuesday my HCG was 1008.  On Thursday it was 2680.  Is this good.  How do you know if it's possible twins.  My stomach looks like it's 4 months from all the bloating.  This is my first time, any advice???
