Tips I used to get my BFP! πŸ˜β€πŸ‘ΆπŸΌπŸ‘ΆπŸ»πŸ **UPDATE**

I'm so excited to sit here and see two dark lines! I started testing at 10 dpo and saw a vvvfl but it keeps getting darker every day. This community has helped me so much, I wanted to return the favor and tell y'all what things worked for me! I realize everyone is different but maybe I can help someone! 
1. Go get yourself some OPKs. Test in the afternoon. Apparently LH is highest in the afternoon. I tested morning and night but got my true darkest peak around 5 pm. 
2. BD obviously. But my doctor recommended every other day because it gives the chance for your partners sperm reserve to build back up. We BD'd the week up to peak and a few days after. Every other day. 
3. Preseed! Order some off Amazon, like now. We used it just this month and get our BFP! I have no idea if this was the reason but I will forever be in debt to it! We used about 3 mg each time. 
4. I stopped taking benedryl to help me sleep at night. Ever since TTCing my stress was higher and I was losing sleep. I'd pop a benedryl to help me. Sometimes some Zzzquil. Well, I learned diphenhydramine can dry up CM and make it a more hostile evironment for sperm to travel. So I stopped cold turkey! There were some sleepless nights but it was worth it!
5. Eat pineapple! 🍍 Make sure to eat the core! Get a pineapple and slice it into five slices. Eat one slice each morning for five mornings  AFTER ovulation. So the five days after. This is the only time you should eat the fruit during the month. The core has high concentrations of Bromelain which aids in implantation. But the acidity in the fruit can hinder your environment if you eat it the weeks or days before ovulation. 
6. Exercise and eat healthier. We are generally pretty healthy eaters but we upped the game this month with more veggies. I also did cardio every day around 45-60 min. 
7. I used to drink a popular protein/weight loss/meal replacement shake every day. I stopped. My doctor said the excess protein in it could be adding unnecessary testosterone. I'm not sure this is true, but I stopped to see if maybe it was. 
8. Guzzle the water! I made sure to get my 10 - 8oz glasses a day if not more.

I can't believe I forgot about this thing I do every morning. I drink 8 oz of warm water mixed with a tablespoon of Bragg's organic "With the Mother" Apple Cider Vinegar and a little bit of raw honey to take away the bite of the vinegar. The taste is hard to get over but girls the benefits of this drink are amazing. I encourage you to look this up online. You would think you're putting acid in your body but it's actually the opposite. The acidity from the vinegar actually turns to neutral almost basic inside which helps completely balance the pH in your body. It helps maintain an alkaline pH in both your saliva and your vaginal environment to facilitate conception. In addition, it helps treat candida that may lead to infertility. I'm warning you now, it's pretty hard to get used to the taste but you can do it!! ❀❀
