just checking in!

I've kinda fallen off the radar ever since my sweet Xochitl arrived, but I'm still here, surviving (.....kinda). Xo is 4 months old, and the light of my life. I still pop on from time to time to see how everyone is doing but I haven't had the energy for dialogue and discourse in CC lately, honestly just watching the news is so draining that it's all I can do sometimes to just stay informed, much less try to express how I feel about what's happening in our country lately. Maybe I'd feel differently if I wasn't also trying to figure out how to Mom, but it's all been pretty overwhelming. 

I miss the lovely ladies of this room, though, and hope everyone's doing well.
