Getting pregnant with femara?

I was just diagnosed with PCOS a couple months ago and doc put me on femara 5 mg. took it and have started using pre seed, taking tempature every morning. But for some reason my temps haven't really been doing too much. Makes me confused😔. Then I'm still getting a blinking smiley face for 3 days on clear blue digital. I hope this first round works but idk I don't wanna give up .

Update been having faint positive signs on pregnancy tests. Went in for bloodwork yesterday and doc called me today and confirmed that I am pregnant 😃. This was my first round with Femara and no trigger shot. It can happen don't give up 😃

I got pregnant with femara and timed intercourse...2nd cycle was a chemical, now just have a solid bfp in my 4th cycle. Don't give up!!!

I got pregnant on femara and I have PCOS.  I did have to do an IUI though. I ovulated really late the 2nd month I took it. I think I was 18 days after my period started instead of the normal 14 I was used to. It did make my follicles grow really big though. Biggest I had was 20mm which is very big for me. I call it the miracle drug

I was on clomid for 10 months doctor switched me to femara month 11 with two trigger shots instead of one and it did the trick!!! Best wishes to you!!! Definitely a positive on that ovulation strip so that's a very good sign!!
