Im so tired of this

I posted below picture on my snap because I felt like I looked good today. A lot of my friends and even a few random people complimented me and made me feel beautiful. Then directly after a supposed friend snapped me lol take that off of your eyes ....it looks hookerish .........I don't care if it was supposed to be a joke or nah....I don't really care. The point is why instead of just saying pretty or nice people always have to do this ? I'm tired of this and it makes no sense. Why hate on someone for no reason. How does that make ppl feel better? Can someone explain to me please?
