is cranberry juice safe to drink??

I'll be 13 weeks tomorrow. I just want to know if drinking cranberry juice is safe to drink and if it will be good for my baby? I'm a first time mom so I just need to make sure it's ok.

I drink it instead of other juices. It helps not getting UTI and also getting rid of them. Sometimes water is just not appetizing to me and it help to have a back up liquid
