Hands up if being a liberal Christian sometimes makes you feel awkward around people!! 🙌

Katie • Tue, Feb 14 • I`m 21, basically just here to track my period. Nevertheless, I enjoy involving myself in the community when I get the time ^_^ Married as of August 8th, 2017.

I'm curious if anyone else out there feels that way? I identify as a non denominational Christian, but I have very liberal beliefs. This makes me feel awkward sometimes around other Christians, as well as some non religious people. I've been told by other Christians that I'm not a real Christian because of my political beliefs, and I've been told by some non religious people that I'm foolish for believing in God.

I don't mean to offend anyone of course, because most people I know and care about, whether religious or not, respect what I believe as I respect what they do. I guess I'm just curious if anyone can relate? Feel free to share your stories!

*Also, not expanding on what said political beliefs are cause I don't wanna start a war on politics, I just wanna know if anyone else knows/understands what I'm talking about.
