Help/Advise pins and needles feeling

For two days I've had this pins and needles feeling on my body. Mostly on my left hand. And then it goes all over my body. It's not severe or anything. I do suffer from bad anxitey and lately it's been bad. And I have also been stressed at work. And with my husabnd being away from work. Makes everything worse. I also have PCOS. Is this bad? Should I be worried? I'm 24 yrs old, trying to concieve and I'm little overweight. Help?
