Try to be careful about your teeth grinding your lips and what you put in your mouth because some things can have microfibers (like in fruit or veggies, which are healthy and fine and normal) that cut your skin. 🙁 I get those too and that is what my doctor said.

I get canker sores often that kind of look like that. I use Zilactin B to cover it while it's healing. It puts a nasty taste in your mouth but it works.

See a doctor and check if it's hsv1. If you get them often enough they may recommend taking antiviral meds too ease the pain and lower the chance of passing it on.

Put carmex on it , I know it tastes nasty but it always heals my lips super fast
