ectopic pregnancy symptoms-help!

I had an HSG at the end of Dec and found out I had a small blockage in my left tube (but some dye did pass through) . Since then I've had on and off throbbing in my left side. Yesterday I got my bfp!!!! But the "feeling"  is now constant. It's like a pulling/ tugging in the left front area of my stomach, it's not low. Does this sound like an ectopic? Idk if I'm being overly paranoid or if I should be concerned. I'm awaiting blood work to get my appt with my doc. 

Anyone experience anything similar???
