Little bumps on neck and face. Can you identify?

Since becoming pregnant, I've developed these small, flesh colored bumps on my neck and face. They are hard, not pimples, and not painful. They don't have a head, so I can't pop them. I'm currently 38w3d and these have been getting progressively more prevalent in the third trimester. I've included photos. Does anyone know what this is and if they are removable?

I've seen them before and can't remember what they were called. I would see your Dr or get a recommendation on a dermatologist. I've lost the word for what they are (pregnancy brain!!!!)

So I woke up with these on my neck. I think I’m pregnant I took a test today and negative but it was late not first pee... I’ve never had these before I’ve been searching all day and finally found someone with them. I hope I am pregnant 🤞🏻
