tmi help

I'm 34 weeks and one day. Has anyone ever lost there mucos plug around this time?? My doctor said not to worry that it can be very normal I am currently 1 cm dilated and I'm having contractions only like if I'm doing something or if the baby is moving but they're not regular so I'm just trying to get an idea of what to expect. Also had a headache for three days and haven't been able to hardly keep any food down for three days now.
