I want to have a all natural birth...any advice?

As the title says I want to have a all natural birth!! No epidural if i can, what advice do you ladies have for succeeding!?

I've done it all natural no epidural no pain meds . I would definitely say go through it if you really feel like that's something that you want to do I really enjoyed my experience with it . You are going to experience something while pushing and it's called the ring of fire 😩 it's just a burning sensation

I did it natural and I wanted to do it as well but when your on moment you don't know what You'll want.  But I didn't know I was in labour to be honest, my water broke sept 19th at 1030pm so I went to hospital at 11:15pm and I was checked and I was apparently 7cm at that point and didn't know it.  So I said let's do this without meds or anything all natural became fully dilated on sept 20 at 12:20am and baby was born 12:36am :).

I'll be honest tho I was having pains beforehand but I thought it was brax hicks so I was just breathing through them when I was at hospital I just tried to focus on a. Spot on the ceiling and breathed In and out slowly and even when I didn't have contractions I continued to do the breathing so I could keep in the loop and relax myself :).  Just do what feels best for you and your body I was breathing weirdly and the bitch doctor who was really rude with us said if you don't stop breathing that way your going to make your sick and throw up. Now that was probably the best advice she said to.me that night lol but she was very rude otherwise I looked at my husband and said you wanna go fuck her make her happy so she will treat me better lol I was clearly joking but lord she really needed to get happy because her mood was bringing me down lol .

All women are different I had an all natural birth no meds at all I labored 3 hours and pushed for 4 I never felt burning while pushing I honestly feel my contractions hurt worse than pushing. Walking helped me it made labor go fast and kinda kept me distracted from the pain. I also did a whirlpool bath that helped also. Just don't rule out the pain meds cause once the pain comes it does hurt like a bitch. Just tell your nurse that if you want it you'll ask that's what I did

All births are natural. If you want an unmedicated birth I would advise laboring in a hot jacuzzi tub and getting a doula. They are there for constant pain management and support. Mine rubbed my back and feet, did hip compressions, helped me breathe through contractions, etc. It also allowed my husband to focus on moral support and gave him the freedom to run to the bathroom or get something to eat without feeling guilty for leaving me alone.  However I wanted the same thing and the pain was so bad I couldn't stop throwing up so I opted to get the epidural so I could calm down and focus. I'm glad I did because baby hadn't dropped yet and as soon as I got the epidural my whole body relaxed and baby was right there and ready for pushing within an hour and a half. You can do it if you set your mind to it but understand things happen and you are are strong woman no matter what you choose for yourself and your baby.

I did it. If you have a high pain tolerance then mostly you will need some good breathing techniques. I couldn't focus when I did it.

Are you going to a birthing center or just the regular hospital or staying home?
