does anyone else have to wash with ONLY water when washing yourself down below?

Anytime I would use any kind of soap when washing myself down below... within a day or so I would always get a yeast infection. So now I'm only using water to wash myself down there. Is anyone else like this??

I use dove none scented hypoallergenic soap since being pregnant. My skin cannot handle the chemicals and dyes in other soaps.
