How to lose weight while breastfeeding?


Ive lost a ton of weight (25pounds) since having bubs 3 weeks ago but now it's hit a snag and not dropping any further. Ive still got so much weight to lose yet and I want to keep it going. How do I go about achieving this?

I want to eat super healthy (proteins, wholegrains, fruits, veg and salads) but Im worried if I do that then my calorie intake might drop too much and it might decrease my milk supply. On the other hand if I keep my calories up and eat whenever Im hungry then Im worried I wont lose any more weight at all!

How do I best lose weight while BF so it doesnt affect my supply?
