I'm a FTM and just want some good little guidelines to follow on good and bad things I may or may not be doing while pregnant!

Dont do drugs 😆
Do eat fruit / vege 😉
Do take pre-natals 😘
Do love yourself and your baby 😊
Don't stress 😎

Don't give up even when the little baby won't stop crying.
Do make sure you take your meds as needed.
Do make sure when baby is napping you get you some rest as well.
Don't let everyone around your newborn
Do make sure you have hand sanitizer at the door 
Do make sure you keep a clean space for you and the baby
Do make sure you take care of yourself
Don't eat late like you would if you were pregnant PACK ON POUNDS ☹️
Do watch what you eat
Do make sure you read up on ftm everything 
Don't get discouraged when you can't get something right
Don't have sex right away after your bloody show goes away and things get back to normal UNLESS YOU WANT ANOTHER KID!!
Do make sure you still give your S.O affection he will need it!
Do make sure you remain calm and happy the baby is watching you!!
