Possible pregnancy? Please help!

A little over 2 weeks ago I MC my first baby at about 7 weeks, I stopped bleeding and I tested a few days ago and it was negitive. I did not need a d&c. Starting yesterday I noticed my belly is really hairy (sorry kinda weird) and I'm also extremely bloated. I've had cramps mostly on my right side, nausea, and today my breasts feel like they are starting to get soar again. Could this be a new pregnancy or is my body just changing. I haven't had my blood tested since they confirmed the mc. Any advice answers would be greatly appreciated💙
