stomach bug

Okay, so I'm a huge baby when I get sick. I haven't had a stomach bug since I was a kid, and tonight my husband and I got hit with a sudden but awful stomach bug. It hit him around lunch time, and me around 9. So far I've just been throwing up, but now my husband has a fever, so I know that's coming for me next. Is there anything I can really do for a fever while pregnant?  Just Tylenol? I'm worried that I won't be able to keep it down. My stomach hurts so bad 😭 I'm trying to sip on water, and I've just been shaking with the chills, but I fever yet.
