Should I have to be optimistic?

I had my last period on January 20th that usually last 6-7 days but I have continues brown discharge since then. I went to the Dr. she said I have Bacterial vaginosis. I don't know why I took the pregnancy test which came up positive, I did it again which was also positive. Yesterday I went to the Dr. again, she took the blood test which was positive too. Now, my discharge turned out redish brown instead of dark brown. My concern is that what's basically going on with me? Should I have to keep my hopes up? P.s I had an ectopic pregnancy last year and have no children.
