pain relief?!??!

I'm laying in bed in tears because I'm in so much pain. Please help me relieve the stinging/burning!!! Any remedies for immediate relief?

I'm sorry you're going through so much pain but what usually works for me is an hot epsom salt bath and take ibuprofen.  Make sure you pat your lily dry and don't wear any underwear until your discomfort goes away the slightest irritation can trigger a worse outbreak
