THE CONDOM RIPPED !!!! 😭😭😭

okay so me and my boyfriend has sex about 2 hours ago or a lil less and it was great until the condom ripped !!! i'm freaking out and i am 16 years old and so is he . we have some great friends and they're giving us the money to buy plan b. whenever i get it , i'm taking it. but i know people can still get pregnant with plan b. also, my doctor gave me three months of birth control but after a month she gave me no refills , so i haven't took it in about a week or so. this is the worst scare of me life . what do i do???? someone please help
