TTC after MMC

My husband and I had a MMC 6 weeks ago, bleeding stopped 5 weeks ago. I have been feeling tired, have got heavy/sore breasts and slight cramping feeling in my stomach, but still no AF! Have tested but keep getting a BFN. What should I do?
