cycle following miscarriage- advice please

Hi. I had an early miscarriage last month (4wks ago today). I am waiting for my period to return, however I am still nursing my almost 19m old and have only been having periods since October but my cycles are irregular. I am not sure if I have ovulated since my MC. I have used opk tests but did skip 2 days in a row 2 times the week that I possibly O'd. I'm really thrown off Bc I am usually very in tune w my body and know where exactly I am in my cycle. I didnt need a D&C, as I passed everything naturally. This is my 2nd MC (I had one right before my 18m old was conceived- and I knew I O'd right away that cycle following that MC). I'm really confused as my CM has been all over the place, and I've been having some mild cramping at times here and there since the MC. Has anyone else had a similar situation, if so, how soon after your MC did you ovulate or become pregnant or have your period return. We are TTC again. *also, I tend to O late in my cycle usually around day 21. My cycles have been averaging 34 days since October.
