post partum c-section symptoms

I'm 3w pp. I had a c-section, and for the past few days I've had pains in my back and belly that feel like gas, but I don't really feel gassy (if that makes sense). Also it burns a little when I pee, but not too bad. Anyone else had symptoms like this?
