work out at 3 weeks pregnant
Hi,
I found out 2 days ago, I'm 3 weeks pregnant today and I'm a bit scared of working out.
I have slow down my routine since December, but since I'm hungry all the time and eat a bit too many carbs, I decided to not let it go.
I'm taking it slow but I'm anxious for my bean..
I used to work out 4-6 days a week slow down to 2-5 since July.
Any tips what is it safe to do ? Of course I'm not planing on squats and abs anymore and no running or jumping rope..
what was your experience to stay fit and have a healthy baby ?
