Cramping and diarrhea at 5 weeks

My stomach is lightly cramping. Almost exactly like period cramps. Is this normal. Every little twinge in my body is forcing me to freak out right now because I announced today and everyone is warning me about not announcing so early because of miscarriages. Not that it changes the odds of having one. Cramping is just through lower abdomen like menstrual cramps. I'm also running to the bathroom every hour or so to use the bathroom. It's not exactly diarrhea but with these cramps it feels like it.
