If I'm trying to avoid pregnancy when can I have sex and if I want to get pregnant when should I have sex? I've been taking my temperature every morning. And doing the cm check and cervical position

If you're trying to avoid pregnancy you should really be on birth control or using condoms. Trying to do it with timing around your cycle can work for some folks but it has a failure rate of 25% meaning you'd have a 1 in 4 chance of being pregnant within a year. However the main thing to avoid would be your fertile days, but ovulation still varied and sperm live up to 5 days, so you're rolling the dice.

If you are trying to get pregnant, look for egg white CM and use OPKs as others have said.

The only thing I checked when trying to get pregnant was CM. CM that looks like egg whites means your fertile so if you don't want to get pregnant then don't have sex then. You can always take an ovualtion test too to be sure.
