Gas Bubble Cramps?

Question

Does anyone else get slight cramping from gas? 
I don't know if TMI, but it kinda just builds up, and it won't just come out, and I'm sorta scared of the sound or smell when it finally does. 
But, I've tried rocking back and forth, but that doesn't seem to help get it out. 
Is there anything I can do, or do I just wait for it to come out itself?

Yes I'm in so much pain right now because of it. It scares me because I feel like it's period cramping but always ends up being gas

Yep happens all the time! I always mistake it for scary cramps but then my husband starts coughing a few minutes later 😂 lots of water and changing positions

I read somewhere once that laying on your side helps and it does wonders for me.  I lay on my stomach... pull my right leg up 90 degrees ...and left leg straight . My left arm under my head .. after a few minutes it works .. if not right away I massage my stomach in circular form then lay down.
