protein world ?

Question

Has anyone ever used this or anything from protein works? I'm he reviews are great and I'm trying to lose 15 pounds by the end of March or at least 10 so I thought I'd give it a try!

I've never done that but I've learned through all the crap I've tried, the only thing that truly works is clean eating and exercise. I use Shakeology as my meal replacement once per day (because it's all natural) and beachbody workouts. I'm losing about 10-15 lbs per month. Hope that's helpful!

Let me know, cause I've tried so many things, and I'm not losing anything.... Very healthy low cal and low carb diet, exercise, the whole nine yards...
