UTI and a yeast infection????

So the other day I woke up to a pretty awful UTI, and a lot of blood. First thing that happens in the morning and first time getting one so I didn't no blood comes out your pee hole! I almost passed out. Well I thought it was clearing up after a day passed BUT THEN, I feel itching!!!! I've only had a yeast infection once but omg this is awful! Not only does my pee hole hurt but now my vagina itches like crazy! And I feel like I have to pee all the time!!!! This is pretty awful!!!!!
