Our precious princess made her debut at 41+1 on 2/17/17. She weighs 6 lbs 8 oz and is 19 inches long. I labored without pain medication for 18 hours. We were aiming for a completely natural birth, but due to not progressing further than 5 cm in almost 12 hours after having my water broken and unfortunately adding pitocin, we ended up in an emergency c-section. Not at all what I had planned, but all that matters is our princess is happy and healthy. We are so in love with her already! 💜 Mommy and Daddy love you so much Lilyana Rose! 🌹
