Why is not actually coming?!?

I have been extremely nauseous but I'm not actually throwing up!! 
I feel like I could be better if I would just throw up.

Same here!. I've only gagged a few times. I'm 8 weeks. Just almost a constant reflux nausea feeling that's worse when i eat. However, my mind tells me the way to get relief is to EAT A SMALL SNACK & YOU'LL FEEL BETTER because I'm always slightly hungry even with the nausea.....um Self that just doesn't work!!  Hmmm....I need something cold to drink now that'll make me feel better.

I get mostly like that in both my pregnancies but I felt 1000x worse whenever I vomited 🤢. I hate throwing up in general. I'm glad it only happened 4 times this pregnancy (38 weeks now) but I have been amost consistently nauseous (much much less after 16 weeks). What helped me was the sea bands and vitamin b6. The sea band brand also have these ginger candies which were good for emergencies.

Im assuming youre pregmant. It's normal. I didn't feel better after throwing up, it just came right back. It gets better ❤

It feels that way but it ain't true ... it comes back in 20 mins or so. And you don't have food in you so it's often worse. And if you're really unlucky there's some up your nose ... so yeah I wouldn't be looking forward to it.

Yall..... I felt the same way. So dang nauseous but no vomit..... my doctor recommended 75mg if b6 every day, and I feel like a million bucks! Seriously, give it a shot!!

I'm 8 weeks and find if I make sure to force myself to eat a little it sometimes helps subside the nausea
