need to vent

My fiance and i just got into a fight and he hit me in the eye and im getting a black eye and i just dont know what to do. We've been together 4 years and this has never happened before. After it happened he walked away and yelled hea going for a drive and left. That was a half hour ago and hes still not back 😢
