EXTREAMLY CONFUSED

Hi so I kinda have this problem...  I was talking to a guy named Travis and we are both extreamly stubborn people, we would purposely piss each other off then make up and act like it was a joke, well long story short we broke up a few months ago and I realized over the past week that I really really miss him and want to get back together with him but the problem is he's talking to someone new, and I just don't know what to think or do and I've been crying endlessly and I just need some help!!
