Hi! How many of you ladies do CrossFit for your regular exercise? I have been doing it since 2013, but have been getting so fatigued during metcons. I'm only 6w4d and am not ready to stop. Overall, I'm fatigued so it could just be an accumulation of my body's changes. How long did you do high intensity workouts in your pregnancy? Did you incorporate anything like yoga into your routine, also?
