Positive Test 3 Weeks AfterMiscarriage?

I lost my baby on Jan 27 and got a D&C, I was 13 weeks along. I ended up had unprotected sex 4-5 times since I felt like I was fully healed. I was getting brown spotting/discharge for two weeks and once my partner finished in me it stopped and I started to get creamy white discharge. I also had some random cramping on one side of my uterus. I assumed I was just ovulating. I took a pregnancy test today after aproximatly 23 days after my D&C and it came out positive. Do you think this is a new pregnancy or hormones left from my old one?
