What does your pediatrician check at each visit?

A friend of mine was talking about her kids pediatrician and realized her daughter gets a much more thorough check up. 
Ours will look in my son's eye and ears, listen to his chest with the stethoscope and measures height and weight. Does this sound like enough?

My doctor does all of that and will make sure she has no issues with her hips and checks her soft spot. Also checks her genitalia to make sure nothing is wrong there.

Same for scheduled well visits and feel his femoral pulse. This past week had his in for cold and not drinking which not wets either and they did pulse temp and checked us oxygen intake.
