How do you know how many dpo you are? Is the first Green Day on your glow calendar your ovulation day?

Most people know how many dpo they are because they chart their bbt or they use opk's. Your Green Day's are just when glow predicts you may ovulate.

The day you get a positive OPK is -1dpo, the day after is 0dpo and the day after that 1dpo.

If you don't use OPKs you can use your highest % day as the -1dpo however, this would only be an estimate!

Answer

Once you can very ovulation day. Then you would begin counting the days after that. You can figure this out through opk, tempting, and or checking cm.
