Left arm pain ?

Has anyone suffered from left arm pain and be nothing serious ? My left arm has been hurting now for about a few days and i know left arm pain can be associated with a heart attack i am so scared and nervous this is the only symptom i have. I am feeling a bit like anxious and nervous like and anxious symtpoms but i think its cause im scared after researching and reading it could be a heart attack . i also have a bit of a "death phobia" like im so scared idk the pain itself is not severe just a bit uncomfortable i feel like idk i just feel very nervous i read it could also be caused by stress ? Which i have been very stressed lately and im only 22
