Is there any truth behind having too much sex and masturbating too much stretches out your inner labia, or is just a myth?
If true, are there any known ways to prevent it from stretching out and looking undesirable?

If you look at this picture, you'll see where the labia is. It doesn't stretch out. It's just skin surrounding the vagina. If you mean your vagina itself then no. When you are sexually aroused it does get wet which makes Penis or whatever easier to go in and also it does expand a little due to the arousal. But it goes back to normal and it doesn't ruin it.

It's just a myth. The size of a woman's labia is genetic and beyond her control.
